When the title "TEAM RAC" was first introduced at the RAC AGM and Conference in Kelowna BC in 2006, it was made clear that the term applied to everyone who was a part of the RAC family.

Since then, there has been a tendency for many members to believe that TEAM RAC is simply the staff at Head Office in Winnipeg.

Here and now, you need to know that TEAM RAC is you and you and you! No matter whether you are a new student, a long time RAC member, a Board member or a part of the operational team you are part of TEAM RAC and it is vitally important to remember that.

We are not an amorphous group of individuals who sometimes agree on things. We are a team with common objectives and goals and a desire to make a difference. Of course we will have our disagreements and of course the path forward will not always be smooth but we surely all want RAC and Reflexology in Canada to be totally accepted and included in the whole concept of medicine and wellness. That is why we state that we have Commitment to Wellness and why being a team is so important.

RAC is a membership association and, as such, it is driven by the members individually and collectively. Everyone has the power to initiate change and to help make a difference but only as a team can we turn that into positive and long lasting results.

Make a resolution today to be an active part of TEAM RAC and help to ensure that we are all pulling in the same direction.
